On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I wish to extend condolences to the family, colleagues and many friends of Atlanta attorney Thu Trinh Hong Huynh on her recent, tragic passing.
During her 13 years as a member of the State Bar, Ms. Huynh served with distinction as a corporate attorney for two of Atlanta’s largest companies, Coca-Cola and UPS. She also served the legal profession as a board member for the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association and as a mentor for the Georgia High School Mock Trial championship team from Grady High School.
While mourning this devastating loss to the legal community, all members of the State Bar of Georgia can be inspired by the incredible life story of our colleague Trinh Huynh, who left her native country, war-torn Vietnam, as a small child. We appreciate her many contributions toward strengthening the foundations of our justice system, which protects the rights and liberties of all Americans.
Patrick T. O’Connor,
president, State Bar of Georgia
