Former Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano told University of Georgia law students Monday about the need for immigration reform, Ebola screening protocols and improved rape laws.
Now the president of the University of California, Napolitano spoke in support of a new law in that state, called a “yes means yes” statute. “You have to have a conscious agreement before sexual intercourse can take place,” she said.
