The Atlanta Legal Aid Society celebrated its 90th anniversary in style on Thursday, with a lunch for 500 friends, supporters and staff at the Georgia Aquarium.

One of the highlights of the lunch was an affecting video of Atlanta Legal Aid staff, supporters and clients holding up a series of cards describing what the organization means to them in three words. “Ground level justice … kick-ass advocates … be someone’s hero … voice for voiceless,” read some of the cards—and, “We give hope.”
