Amna Shirazi’s interest in international affairs led her to become an immigration lawyer, with her own firm on Buford Highway in Norcross.

Shirazi came to Atlanta at age 2 from Pakistan when her father, an engineer, opened a local office for Siemens. She thought about practicing international law, until she realized it mostly involved cross-border business contracts. A law school internship with an immigration attorney put her on her path.
