A man whose wife jumped from a second story window of a Conyers personal care home has won a $1.16 million default judgment in Rockdale County State Court.
Rockdale County State Court Judge Nancy Bills issued the order last month, including awards for $800,000 in damages and $360,000 for attorney fees, “based upon the plaintiff’s counsel’s contracted contingency rate of 45 percent.”
