After a decade of judicial service in southern Georgia, Worth County State Court Judge Ralph Powell will soon sit on a new bench.
With his swearing-in ceremony set for Dec. 16, Powell is now preparing to ascend to the Tifton Judicial Circuit Superior Court bench after being appointed by Gov. Brian Kemp in November.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
