Kevin Elkins joined Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli as a partner this week in Nashville, Tennessee, amid increasing demand for the firm’s work in health care payor disputes.
Elkins moved from Epstein Becker & Green and focuses his practice on managed care and payor disputes, and related litigation. He joined a growing health care litigation practice group that earlier this year added a payor disputes team in Charleston, South Carolina, and health care litigator Zachary Rothenberg in Los Angeles.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
