Former President Donald Trump and his companies must pay $355 million for repeated and persistent fraud, a Manhattan judge ruled Friday.

Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. are each liable for $4 million, while former Trump Org. CFO Weisselberg is liable for $1 million, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron ordered. Prejudgment interest will be added to each sum, bringing the total amount owed by the defendants collectively to more than $450 million, according to New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office.
