The Georgia Court of Appeals is set to hear the case of the husband of a patient who died while under the care of a nurse anesthetist with an alleged chronic substance abuse problem at oral argument on Feb. 13.

The defense, represented by Hall Booth Smith’s Terrell William  “Chip” Benton III and Sheila Kazemian said the nurse’s substance abuse and nursing board probation history has been “grossly misrepresented.”
