Alston & Bird’s structured and warehouse finance team has proven to be both a financial engine and a source of increased diversity at the Am Law 100 firm.

A majority of the partners on the team are women and its leadership historically has been female. Most of the group is based in the firm’s New York office and has grown its revenue by more than 2,000% since 2013, its former leader said.
