Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, leveraging its traditional strength in intellectual property services, is on a mission to build its transactional practice for more work in technology deals and middle-market private equity.

The Am Law 100 firm is seeking to increase its corporate presence on the West Coast. It also added Elizabeth Guidi earlier this month as a partner in the firm’s New York office to give it additional tax expertise on the deals it advises on.
