Drew Eckl & Farnham is continuing to push back against two ex-partners’ claims, arguing in court documents that the partners’ new law firm should be part of an arbitration battle over who has a share of client contingency fees.

The former partners, Paul Burke and Brian Moore, have previously said Drew Eckl’s disagreement is with them individually and not their new firm, Burke Moore Law Group, and a state court judge should decide whether it should be part of the arbitration process in the long-running case.
