Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti, joined by 19 other Republican co-signing state attorneys general, submitted a comment letter in opposition to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s proposed new rule that would require workplaces to accommodate abortions.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (EEOC) proposed rule relates to the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), which was passed by a bipartisan coalition with the goal of protecting pregnant workers and their babies.
