Last week we put out a call to readers to let us hear about jury duty experiences. We figured any litigators who sat through voir dire without being struck and made their way into the jury box were likely to pick up something along the way about how juries function and cases are decided.

While the volume of responses wasn’t exactly overwhelming—we’ve only received notes from a couple of readers so far—the readers we did hear from did provide us with some useful insight.
