The Georgia Legislature is currently weighing a bill that would have a significant impact on medical marijuana licensing in Georgia and the litigation fallout from the state’s 2019 Hope Act.

Also known as House Bill 324, it was a reform bill that most notably created an exception for certain quantities of medicinal low-THC oil and provisions for dispensing of low-THC oil by pharmacies and licensing to produce, grow, manufacture and dispense low-THC oil in Georgia.
