The Supreme Court of Georgia has issued an order in the ethics case of Georgia Court of Appeals Judge Christian Coomer.
But rather than announcing whether the suspended judge will remain on the intermediate appellate bench, the high court remanded Coomer’s case to the Judicial Qualifications Commission of Georgia for further review.
