The Georgia Court of Appeals heard oral arguments from Samsung Electronics appealing an $11 million summary judgment Wednesday. The case was heard by Presiding Judge Anne Elizabeth Barnes and Judge Herbert Phipps.
Samsung Electronics, the appellant, was represented by former state Supreme Court Justice Harold Melton, and Michael Terry argued on behalf of the plaintiff and appellee Jordan Brewer.
