Former Trump Organization chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg was sentenced Tuesday to five months of incarceration and five years of probation, but he faced harsh words from Acting Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan before he was remanded to state custody.

Weisselberg, 75, pleaded guilty in August to a 15-count indictment including charges of larceny and tax fraud. In November, he testified at the trial of the Trump Organization under a plea agreement with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office that provided for him to serve only months of a sentence that could have otherwise been five to 15 years.
