Daryl Glenn Clarida and Peter G. Golden of Hall, Bloch, Garland & Meyer have stepped in to defend rail transport company CSX in a pending lawsuit for personal injury claims arising from a freight train collision. The action was filed June 14 in Georgia Northern District Court by CLU LLP on behalf of two CSX employees. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Sarah E. Geraghty, is 1:22-cv-02391, Bugg et al v. Safe Freight Transportation, LLC et al.
