Gov. Brian Kemp has chosen a trial judge and former lawmaker to lead the Georgia State-wide Business Court.
Kemp announced Wednesday his appointment of Coweta Circuit Superior Court Judge William “Bill” Hamrick III. The choice is subject to approval of the joint judiciary committees of the Georgia House of Representatives and Senate.
