Terex Corporation, a building and industrial processing equipment supplier, United Rentals, a Connecticut-based rental equipment company, and other defendants were slapped with a strict liability lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The court action, filed by The Finnell Firm on behalf of Adam Childers, accuses United Rentals of negligently modifying a 2011 International Workstar 7500 blasting truck that caused sustaining injuries to plaintiff. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 4:22-cv-00158, Childers v. United Rentals (North America), Inc. et al.
