The complaint was filed by Goodman & Goodman on behalf of Angela Michelle Davidson, who claims that she sustained injuries due to a defective riding lawn tractor designed, marketed and sold by the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-02867, Davidson v. MTD Products Company et al.
