FedEx and other defendants were sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a motor vehicle collision. The lawsuit was brought by Harris Lowry Manton LLP on behalf of Angel Mitchell Calhoun. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02621, Calhoun v. FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. et al.
