Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele filed a trademark infringement lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of ServeCo North America LLC, a provider of furniture care and services. The suit targets Denis Bramwell for allegedly continuing to manufacture bed frames after the termination of his distribution agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00140, Serveco North America, LLC v. Bramwell.
