A new judge has been assigned to a contentious car crash case that is being retried in Gwinnett County State Court starting Aug. 1.
Senior Judge Joseph Iannazzone is replacing Judge Shawn Bratton as the one presiding over the new trial. The change was announced at a June 28 pretrial hearing and is the latest news in a case that’s been filled with drama almost from the start.
