Ingersoll Rand, a provider of industrial equipment, technologies and services, and other defendants were sued Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed pro se by Michael Deshaun Williams. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:22-cv-00047, Williams v. Vidalia Orthopedic Center LLC et al.
