The suit, which centers on the refusal to settle and denial of coverage for injury claims in an underlying action, was filed by Harris Lowry Manton on behalf of Sadie Edwards, as legal guardian and next friend of Adam Edwards. The case is 4:22-cv-00148, Edwards v. Hiscox, Inc. et al.
