Jones Walker and Jenkins & Kling filed a trade secret lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of property damage estimating firm R.L. Young LLC d/b/a Young & Associates. The complaint takes aim at former R.L. Young employee Michael Walker and Undisputed Consulting for allegedly misappropriating confidential business information in favor of a competitor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02397, R.L. Young, LLC v. Undisputed Consulting, LLC et al.
