Lawyers at Freeman, Mathis & Gary on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Certain Underwriters at Lloyd’s London and other defendants to Georgia Southern District Court. The suit was filed by Harris Lowry Manton; Flowers & Gaskin; and the White Law Group on behalf of Cheryl Edenfield. The court action accuses the defendants of failing to pay a $5 million settlement awarded for the abuse of a disabled patient. The case is 4:22-cv-00146, Edenfield v. Hiscox, Inc. et al.
