Criminal LawIt's been a busy week for criminal defense attorney H. Maddox Kilgore of Kilgore & Rodriguez in Marietta. On Wednesday, the Georgia Supreme Court overturned the convictions of his client Justin Ross Harris for murder and other crimes related to the death of toddler Cooper Harris in a hot car. On Tuesday, Kilgore was at the high court requesting another highly unusual reversal.
