CSX, the Florida-based railroad freight company, and other defendants were sued Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court for personal injury claims arising from a freight train collision. The lawsuit was brought by CLU LLP on behalf of John Bugg and Reginald Gladmon. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02391, Bugg et al v. Safe Freight Transportation, LLC et al.
