MetLife filed an interpleader lawsuit against Robin Cartledge and Rose LaRochelle Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, filed by Womble Bond Dickinson, seeks to determine the proper beneficiaries of a life insurance policy. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-02250, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company v. Cartledge et al.
