An Ellenwood woman is facing nearly two more months without her driver’s license after her attorney claims she was wrongly charged with driving under the influence, despite a breath test revealing no impairment from alcohol.
In mid-February, Kaila Mills was stopped by a Forest Park police officer for a traffic violation. The officer suspected Mills was driving while intoxicated, and Mills agreed to take a breathalyzer test.
