Polaris Industries, a leading manufacturer of snowmobiles and motorcycles, was hit with a product liability lawsuit Thursday in Georgia Middle District Court. The suit, brought by The Champion Firm and The Law Offices of Sutton T. Slover on behalf of Kristen Pain and Michael Pain, as natural guardians of AP, contends that AP’s left arm had to be amputated after using a Polaris ATV manufactured and sold by defendant. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00183, Pain et al v. Polaris Industries Inc.
