Dollar General was sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for alleged breaches of the Family and Medical Leave Act. The lawsuit was brought by Carson Law Group on behalf of a longtime employee in the company’s new store development and remodel departments. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01686, Jackson v. Dolgencorp, LLC.
