The Georgia Legal Food Frenzy, the law industry’s annual statewide food drive, ended Friday more than $250,000 short of its fundraising goal of $1 million, but it’s still not over.

According to the Frenzy’s website, $727,708.20 was collected by 197 teams April 18-29, but donors can still submit checks, cash and other non-digital contributions through this Friday. The 11th annual event is raising funds for the state’s nine food banks and was open to any Georgia lawyer or law firm.
