Now three weeks later, Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr is applauhding a federal judge’s announcement of his “intent to grant [their] motion,” temporarily blocking the rescission of the policy issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which enables U.S. border agents to expel asylum-seekers to Mexico to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
