The Coca-Cola Co. has recruited a Facebook Inc. lawyer and veteran in-house legal leader in the tech realm to take over as general counsel of the Atlanta-based beverage giant’s international operations.
Willie Hernandez arrives at Coca-Cola’s legal department with more than two decades of experience gained while working in the legal departments of tech titans Facebook, Amazon.com Inc., Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Co. and IBM Corp.
