Gray Television, owner and operator of Fargo, North Dakota-based news website valleynewslive.com, was slapped with a copyright infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, brought by Sanders Law Group on behalf of photographer Gregory P. Mango, alleges that plaintiff’s original photographs were displayed on defendant’s website without proper license or authorization for use. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00737, Mango v. Gray Television, Inc.
