The Atlanta law firm of Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers is mourning the loss of one of its attorneys.
In a news release, the firm announced Casey “Case” Smartt, 32, died Sunday. A cause of death was not disclosed.
“Beyond his legal acumen, [Smartt] was a kind and passionate person and a devoted father who will be missed by many," Mike Rosetti, Swift Currie’s managing partner, said in a news release.
