The complaint, filed by Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders on behalf of Delta Air Lines, contends that Caribbean failed to pay Delta in accordance with a maintenance services agreement. The outstanding balance is valued at $2,375,612.99, plus $112,046.51 in accrued interest. The case is 1:21-cv-05303, Delta Air Lines, Inc. v. Caribbean Airlines Limited et al.
