PayPal Holdings and other defendants were sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court over alleged employment discrimination. The suit, filed by Molden & Associates on behalf of Rhonda Washington Novak, pursues claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act as well as race discrimination and retaliation claims. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-05119, Novak v. Insight Global, LLC et al.
