Ten days before Christmas, some jurists in Georgia take time to celebrate another holiday aimed at honoring their basic rights as American citizens.

In honor of the annual celebration of Bill of Rights Day on Dec. 15, 10 Georgia judges across the state teamed with the Judicial Council of Georgia and a Cartoon Network animator to create a video promoting civics education.
