As if cultivating, implementing and adapting to COVID-19 safety protocols isn’t challenging enough, employment lawyers are now taking on the additional task of helping navigate corporate clients through a growing threat delivered in the form of an 8½x11 resignation letter.

Turns out, one of the unexpected side effects of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the Great Resignation, a widespread trend of employees leaving their jobs after citing experiences of being overworked, underpaid, undervalued or unaccommodated.
