Freeman, Mathis & Gary filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Monday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of real estate firm 7 Il Properties. The suit takes aim at property owner Gary Knight for allegedly terminating two purchase and sale agreements on the basis of encroachments and existing lease agreements.
