As day three of jury selection got underway in the trial of three white Georgia men charged with the 2020 murder of Ahmaud Arbery, an unarmed Black jogger, a cyber controversy unfolded behind the scenes at the Glynn County Superior Court, where the trial is taking place.

More than 300 filings in the murder trial, including suppressed documents made available online, remained publicly accessible to anyone, including prospective jurors, who searched the  court’s website Wednesday.
