ADP, the human resources and payroll company, was sued Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court for alleged breaches of the Family and Medical Leave Act. The lawsuit was brought by the Spielberger Law Group on behalf of Angela Jan Baptista. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04283, Baptista v. Automatic Data Processing, Inc.
