The COVID-19 pandemic has been filled with uncertainty, from its advent more than a year and a half ago, to the initial vaccine rollout in December, to this summer’s spike in cases caused by the Delta variant.

“There’s a lot of unknowns,” said Yosbel Ibarra, co-managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. “When we went fully remote in March of 2020, we thought, ‘We’ll do this for two weeks, three weeks,’ and now we’re 18 months later.”
