Health care technology company Koninklijke Philips was hit with a product liability class action Wednesday in Georgia Northern District Court in connection with the company’s recall of several CPAP and BiPAP breathing devices. The court action, brought by Shiver Hamilton LLC, is part of a string of cases linking the devices to health hazards. The case is 1:21-cv-04016, Mercure et al v. Koninklijke Philips N.V. et al.
