Equifax and Experian Information Solutions Inc. were sued Friday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The court case was brought by Price Law Group on behalf of Kevin Jacob. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 3:21-cv-00165, Jacob v. Experian Information Solutions, Inc. et al.
